Our place is over by Fatehsagar in Udaipur. We are situated near the Sheraton Hotel and right across from Grace Landmark. It is a beautiful part of the city, especially with the water nearby. We run a restaurant and handle some other hospitality things under the Yom Group name. Udaipur is a city that lives on tourism, but we also have a lot of locals who come in. We are not some high-end corporate chain. We are just a group of people who wanted to open a spot where folks could sit and eat. The office and the restaurant take up most of our time. It is a lot of work keeping things clean and making sure the food is okay. We don't go in for fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just want to serve a good meal and keep the place running. Some days the lake breeze is nice, and other days it is just hot and busy. We have been here for a bit now. We know the rhythm of Udaipur and how the seasons change the crowds. Our staff is mostly local people. We don't use a lot of marketing talk. We just tell you what is on the menu. If you are walking near the Sheraton, you will probably see us. We are just a simple local business doing our thing day by day.
