Perfect Moment

Being in Udaipur, especially right across from the Leela Palace, means we see some pretty big celebrations. Our place at 229 Udaipur Ho is always full of random stuff like half-finished decor pieces or lists of things we need to pick up from the market. Outside Chandpole is a hectic area, but it’s home for us. We spend a lot of time just figuring out how to get things from one side of the city to the other without them breaking. It’s a lot of physical work, honestly. We aren't sitting at desks all day; we're out there moving chairs, checking the flowers haven't wilted in the Rajasthan sun, and talking to vendors who are usually running late. It’s not a polished operation like you see in movies. There’s a lot of sweat and shouting involved to get things to look right for just a few hours. We started this because we liked being part of the noise and the rush of a big day. Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, a light might flicker or a curtain hangs a bit crooked, but we fix it on the fly. We’re just local people who know the streets of Udaipur and how to handle the local crowds. Our office is small, but it’s where all the chaotic planning happens before we head out to the venues near the lake. We go by the name Perfect Moment, even if the work is a bit messy.
