K S Events

K S Events is located at 43, Road No 5, in the Ashok Nagar area of Udaipur. We’ve been operating out of this part of town for a while. Udaipur is famous for being a place where people come to have big weddings, but for us, it’s just home. Our office on Road No 5 is where all the actual work happens. It’s a lot of sitting at desks, making lists, and calling up decorators. Ashok Nagar is a decent area, not too far from the main parts of the city, which helps when we need to run out and check on a venue. We don't have a big polished team; it’s mostly just a few of us who know how to get things done. We keep things pretty simple. The walls are covered in calendars and maps of the city. We don’t use a lot of corporate talk because that’s not who we are. We just tell people what can be done and what can’t. Sometimes a flower delivery is late or a tent doesn't look right, and we have to jump in and fix it ourselves. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes a bit of stress, but that’s the nature of events. We like being part of the local community here and seeing familiar faces every day when we head into the office.
