Flavour Events

We set up our office at 276 Shrinath Complex in Sector 11, Hiran Magari. If you are in the area, we are quite close to Sonu Bakers, which is a popular landmark here in Udaipur. Flavour Events is our small business where we help people plan their celebrations and get-togethers. Udaipur is a city that loves festivals and weddings, so we stay pretty busy most months. Our office isn't very big, mostly just a few desks and a couple of chairs for when people come in to chat. We spend a lot of our time visiting venues and checking out caterers. We don't use a lot of fancy software to plan things; it's mostly notebooks and a lot of phone calls to our regular vendors. It can get pretty stressful when a client changes their mind at the last minute, but we just try to figure it out. We aren't some big high-end agency; we are just locals who know how things work in this city. Sometimes the office is a mess with fabric samples and invitation cards, but that’s just part of the job. We like being in Hiran Magari because it feels like a real neighborhood. The fan in our office makes a bit of a clicking sound when it’s on high, but we’ve gotten used to it. We keep a stack of local newspapers on the table for when people are waiting. It’s a very grounded way of working, and we don’t feel the need to pretend to be anything else.
