Traditions

Traditions is located in a building called Lal Niwas in the Sardarpura area. We have been here for several years, and the shop is a familiar spot for the people who live nearby. We focus on selling items that have a more traditional feel to them, like certain types of fabrics, handmade goods, and local crafts. Lal Niwas is a nice building with some old-style architecture that fits well with the name of our business. The shop itself isn't very large, but we try to keep it organized so that people can walk around and see everything we have. We don't have a big marketing budget or any fancy sales tactics. We just put our things on the shelves and let people decide for themselves what they like. Most of the people who come in are regulars who live in Sardarpura and stop by to see if we have anything new. We have a couple of chairs where people can sit if they want to take their time looking at something. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. We don't have a uniform or a big staff. It's usually just one or two of us behind the counter. Sometimes we have tea with the customers if it's a slow afternoon. We enjoy being part of the neighborhood and seeing the familiar faces every day. It’s not a high-pressure business; we just try to provide things that people appreciate for their homes or for gifts.
