Bk Shukla & Sons

Bk Shukla & Sons has been in Jhadol for quite a bit. It’s a family thing, my father started it and now we all help out. The shop is right here in Jhadol (Ph). It's not a huge place, but we keep it organized. People around here know us. We don't spend money on fancy signs or anything. Mostly, we just stock what people need and try to be fair. Sometimes it gets busy, especially in the mornings, and other times we’re just sitting around talking to neighbors who drop by. We deal with various goods. Nothing too fancy. If we don’t have something, we usually tell you where else to look. That's just how it is. It's a quiet life mostly. We open early, around eight, and stay until the sun goes down. Jhadol is a good spot for us. We've seen kids grow up and start their own families while we've been running things. The building has some wear and tear, but it holds up. We don't have a website or anything like that, just the physical shop. If you’re passing through, you’ll see us. We focus on the daily stuff that keeps the village moving. My sons are learning the ropes now. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We don't plan on changing much. We like it this way. Just honest work and a place to go every day. It is what it is for us.
