Weda Events

Our office is on the 6th floor of the Mangalam Fun Square Mall in Udaipur. We are located in Ashok Nagar, right near the Durga Nursery. It is a busy spot, and being in the mall means there is always something happening around us. We spend our days planning events, which involves a lot of paperwork and even more phone calls to different vendors. We are not some high-end agency with a lot of fancy offices. We are just a group of people who are good at organizing things. Whether it is a wedding or a smaller gathering, the work is pretty much the same—making sure everyone is where they should be. Udaipur is a beautiful city for these kinds of things, but the logistics can be a bit of a headache sometimes with the narrow streets and the weather. We have had our fair share of stressful moments when things were not arriving on time. We just deal with it and move on. We do not have any promotional slogans to share. We just focus on the practical side of making an event happen. Most of our time is spent making sure the food is ready and the seating is sorted. It is a lot of manual labor and standing around, but we have gotten used to it over the years.
