Ultimate Events

We are over at 78, Arihant Vihar on Udaisagar Road. It is right opposite the Akashwani building in Udaipur. If you are from around here, you know the area well. Ultimate Events is basically a small team of us who handle the logistics for various gatherings. Udaipur is a huge destination for weddings, so it stays very busy for us most of the year. Our office is a practical space where we store our notes and meet with vendors. It’s not a fancy showroom. We spend more time at actual venues than we do sitting behind desks. We have to deal with a lot of different things, like arranging transport for guests or making sure the flowers haven't wilted in the heat. It is a lot of pressure because people have high expectations when they come to Udaipur. We just try to keep things moving. We don't have a polished corporate way of speaking. We just tell it like it is. If a plan won't work, we say so. We’ve built up some good relationships with local shops and workers over the years. It’s a tough business sometimes, with long hours and unexpected problems, but we are used to it by now. We just keep our heads down and do the work. Most of our clients come to us because they saw what we did for someone else. That works for us. We are just local people doing our best.
