We are in the Fatehpur area of Udaipur, which is a good spot for us to keep track of things. Being adjacent to the restaurant is handy because everyone knows where it is when they are trying to find our office for the first time. The building is just a regular local structure, and we have our office space inside where the work happens. It is usually a bit noisy around here with the restaurant crowd and the usual traffic on Garden Road, but we’ve gotten used to the buzz over the years. We handle all the management tasks for various events from this small office. It’s not a fancy environment with sleek furniture; instead, it is full of folders, notebooks, and a few computers that have seen better days. We don’t have a massive team of people in suits running around. It is mostly just a few of us in our everyday clothes making sure the logistics for the next event are actually moving forward. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy and the phone doesn't stop ringing, but that is part of the job. If you need to chat about a local function, you just walk in and we pull up a chair. We have stayed in this same spot in Fatehpur for quite a while now, even as the city has grown and changed.
