Kalyan Event

We are over here at Shivaji Nagar in Udaipur, specifically 1/98 in the Housing Board area. People usually look for us near the Dungarpur Udaipur side. We do events for a living. It started small. Mostly we are busy during the wedding months when everyone in Rajasthan wants to have a big party. It gets really dusty and hot sometimes, but we manage to get the work done. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we keep our stuff and meet people. Sometimes the address is hard to find because the streets here can be a bit confusing if you aren't from around here. We've been doing this for a while now. It's mostly just local guys working together. We handle the setups and making sure the lights work. It’s a lot of running around between the different venues. Some days are very long, especially when there are two or three things happening at once. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It’s just us. We like being part of the celebrations in Udaipur. Most people know us through word of mouth or they just see us working at another function. If you are coming down to the Housing Board area, you can just ask someone for the Kalyan Event place. We usually have some trucks parked outside. It's a simple life but it keeps us busy. We don't spend much time on the internet, mostly just on the ground working.
