Event Assistance

We set up Event Assistance over in the Hiran Magri area. Most people around here know us because we’re tucked away on Career Street, specifically at J-39. It’s a busy spot in Udaipur. We spend our days mostly handling logistics and making sure things go where they’re supposed to for different local gatherings. Akashwani Colony is right nearby, so we see a lot of the same faces every day. It's not a fancy setup at all. We have a small office where we take calls and keep our notes. Sometimes the traffic on the way to Hiran Magri gets a bit much, but we’ve grown used to it by now. Rajasthan is a big place, but we mostly stay around this part of town. People stop by to ask questions about how to get things organized. We try to be helpful when we can. It’s just a few of us working here. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. Just regular people trying to keep things moving. The weather gets pretty hot in the summer, so we usually start our work early in the morning. If you’re looking for the place, just head toward Akashwani Colony and you’ll find us. We’ve been here for a while and plan on staying. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time. We don't really do big advertisements. Most folks just hear about us through word of mouth or see the sign when they're passing through Hiran Magri.
