Vgks Producer Company Limited

Our place is in Puliyankurichi, right at Dno 1/192-1. It’s basically where we live and work. The company name Vgks comes from the family, and we’ve been around this area for a long time. My father, Veerappagounder, always worked the land, so it was only right we kept it going. It’s not a fancy setup. We have some sheds and the main house where we keep the records. Tamil Nadu heat can be tough, especially in the afternoons, so we get most things done in the morning. We grow what we can and try to help the other farmers nearby get their stuff to market. It's a lot of phone calls and waiting for trucks. Sometimes the crops are great, sometimes they aren't. That’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with nature.
