You can find us at Mangal Mall, specifically in unit 4B/A-9 in the Mani Nagar area. It’s an older mall, so it’s not as crowded as the new ones, which suits us just fine. Our office is tucked away on one of the upper floors. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of samples scattered around. We spend our days on the phone talking to suppliers or checking on shipments. Exporting is mostly about timing and making sure the papers are right. We started out small and stayed that way on purpose. We don't need a lot of staff to manage the accounts we have. Sometimes the elevator in the mall stops working, and we have to take the stairs, which is a bit of a workout. Mani Nagar is a good spot because it’s easy for people to get to. We have a small storage area in the back for samples we send out. It’s often a bit disorganized with boxes everywhere. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We drink a lot of coffee while we track where the containers are. It’s steady work. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to make sure the goods get from point A to point B without too much trouble. It’s what we’ve been doing for years now. We hope to stay here for a good while longer.
