Sri Vinayaka Traders

Sri Vinayaka Traders is on Mandipete Road, right near the Vinoda Theatre. It’s a busy part of town, especially when a movie is letting out. We’ve been here for a good while, trading in various goods that come in from the wholesale markets. The shop is basically a large room with high shelves and a counter at the front. We keep things like grains, pulses, and other bulk items. You’ll usually see a few empty gunny bags lying around the entrance. The floor is made of stone and shows its age with a few cracks here and there. We spend a lot of our time talking to the farmers and suppliers who bring their stuff in. The scale we use is an old one, but it still works fine for weighing out the heavy loads. It’s a bit of a dusty place because of all the dry goods we handle. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a clock that’s five minutes fast. Sometimes the traffic on Mandipete Road makes it hard to hear the customers, so we have to speak up. We close on certain holidays, but otherwise, we’re here most days from morning until evening. It’s a basic business. We buy things, we store them, and we sell them to whoever comes in. No big mystery to it. We’re just part of the daily life on this street.
