Our operation is based out in Tumkur, Karnataka. If you know the industrial side of this region, you know it's a lot of heavy work. We deal with cement and infrastructure projects. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean. There is usually a fine layer of dust on everything, from the trucks to the windows of our small office building. The site is big and there are always vehicles moving in and out, carrying bags or raw materials. We don't have a big marketing department or a fancy website. Most of what we do is just managing the production and making sure the supplies get where they need to go. The sun gets really hot out here in Tumkur, and the days can be long. We have a crew that has been with us for a while. They know the machines and the rhythms of the plant. We don't spend much time talking about visions or missions. We just focus on getting the mix right and keeping the machinery running. It’s a practical business. We deal with concrete, stone, and heavy steel. Sometimes the rains slow us down, but otherwise, the work goes on. It's a local business through and through. We are just a group of people making building materials in a busy corner of Karnataka. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know and what we've done for years now. We keep the gates open and the grinders turning every day.
