Ishaan (The Food Pundit...)

You can find us at 65 Nagappa Nagar in the K K Nagar area of Trichy. We’re quite close to Alpha School and the Airport Post, so there’s a lot of school traffic in the mornings. The office is a simple setup in a residential neighborhood. It feels like a house because it mostly is. We have a kitchen area that’s always busy and a small front room where we handle the business side of things. There’s no big sign out front, just the house number and some people coming and going with food containers. The heat in Trichy can be pretty intense, so the windows are usually wide open to let the air circulate. We have a few plastic chairs for visitors and a large table where we plan out the menus. It’s a bit noisy when the school bell rings, but otherwise, it’s a fairly typical neighborhood vibe. We aren't trying to be a big corporate catering firm; we’re just people who know food. There are always lists of ingredients taped to the fridge and the smell of spices in the air. We’ve been here in Nagappa Nagar for a while, and the locals know us. It’s a straightforward operation where we focus on the cooking rather than having a polished office. We just do our work and hope the delivery vans don't get stuck in the narrow streets. Sometimes the neighbor’s kids play cricket right outside our door while we're loading up.
