Folkz Events

We are over here at 594/2 on the 8th Cross Extn in Trichy. It is in Adaikala Annai Nagar, which is a place most people around here know pretty well. We have been at this spot for a while now. Some days it gets a bit noisy with people coming and going, but that is just how it is in this part of town. The office is not anything special to look at from the outside, just a regular building where we get our work done. Most of us grew up around Trichy or moved here years ago, so we feel like we belong to the neighborhood. Folkz Events started out small and we are still keeping things quite simple. There are a few desks, some old chairs, and usually a lot of papers scattered around. We don't really go for that corporate look. When you walk in, you might see one of us drinking tea or talking about what happened over the weekend. It is a practical space for us. We spend most of our time here planning things out and making sure everything is ready for whatever we have going on. The 620004 pin code is home. We like being near the other shops and the families that live on the cross streets. It feels like a real community. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets crowded, but we just deal with it. It’s just us doing what we do every day.
