We are situated at No 34 on Khanmian Mettu Street, right in the heart of Tiruchirappalli. You can find us in the Palakarai area, quite close to the Anna Silai landmark. It’s a very traditional part of town, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Our office isn't much to look at—it’s mostly used for storing poles, drapes, and lighting equipment. We spend more time at the venues than we do sitting behind a desk. Being in Trichy, we see a lot of different types of celebrations, from big temple events to smaller family functions. We aren't corporate people with suits and ties. We’re the ones you’ll see climbing ladders and lugging heavy bundles of fabric at five in the morning. It’s tiring work, but we’re used to it. We don't have a formal mission statement or anything like that. We just listen to what people want for their event and then we go out and try to find the right materials to build it. Sometimes the streets here are narrow and it’s a struggle to get our trucks in, but we always find a way. We rely on the local community knowing who we are. Most of our work comes from people who just walk in off the street or call us because they saw our name on a banner somewhere. It’s straightforward work for honest people who just want to do their job well every day and keep things moving.
