Summit Hr India is located at No.14/79, 1st Main Road, Poompuhar Nagar in Kolathur, Chennai. The office is right there on the main road, so it’s easy to find but can be a bit noisy with all the bikes going past. We are a human resources firm, but we don't act like a big corporate entity. Our space is just a few rooms with desks, computers, and a lot of binders full of employee records. Chennai is famous for its heat, and our office definitely feels it during the middle of the day. We have a small fridge for cold water and a corner where we keep our lunch boxes. The work involves a lot of details, like checking payroll numbers and making sure everyone’s paperwork is in order. It’s not always exciting, and sometimes it’s downright tedious, but it’s important work. We don't have a big mission or a set of fancy values. We just try to be accurate and get things done on time. Most of us live nearby, so we have a short commute, which is a big plus in a city like Chennai. We like being in Poompuhar Nagar because it feels like a real community. We aren't a flashy company with a big budget. We just provide HR services from our small office at 14/79. If you walk by, you’ll probably see us through the window, just working away at our screens.
