Elancer Placement Consultant is run out of a flat in BTM 2nd Stage, Bangalore. We are in Flat 207 A, which is part of S K Singh’s place on 6th Main, right near 14th Cross. It’s a typical Bangalore neighborhood, busy and full of life. We focus on finding jobs for people and helping companies fill their spots. It’s a lot of matching resumes to descriptions, which sounds easy but takes a lot of time. We spend hours on the phone talking to candidates and HR managers. The office isn't anything fancy; it’s a functional space where we can focus on our work. We don't have a marketing department to write pretty words for us. We just know that people need work and businesses need staff. Sometimes we have to tell people things they don't want to hear, like a job is already filled, but we try to be honest about it. It’s a small operation here in BTM. We’ve seen the area change so much with all the new buildings and traffic. We just keep doing what we do. There are no grand missions here, just the daily task of trying to make a good match between an employer and a worker. We work hard, sometimes late into the evening when there’s a big hiring push. It’s just regular life for us, trying to help people get ahead in their careers and making sure the companies get someone who can actually do the job.
