Our office is located at Number 3/76, D-Type on 26th Street in Sidco Nagar. Being in Villivakkam means we are right in the middle of a lot of activity. We handle a lot of files and documents here. The shelves are pretty much packed from floor to ceiling with folders. It’s not the most modern space, but it’s where we do our sorting and managing. Sometimes the ceiling fan clicks a bit too loud, but we’re used to it by now. Chennai gets really hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the blinds pulled tight. We have a small team here. Everyone has their own pile of work to get through. You won't find any glass walls or fancy lounges in this building. It’s a practical workspace meant for people who don’t mind getting their hands a bit dusty from old records. We take our lunch breaks together sometimes if things aren't too frantic. The street outside can be busy with people going to work in the industrial estate nearby. We’ve been at this address for a good while and the locals know where to find us. Sometimes the delivery guy gets lost because the street numbers are a bit confusing, but we usually just wave him down from the door. It’s a simple setup. We just come in, do the filing, and head home when the sun goes down. There is a cat that hangs around the entrance sometimes.
