Recruitment Agency

Our small office is at 44, Rajiv Nagar, right in the Korattur area of Chennai. It’s a simple place where we run this recruitment agency. We don’t have a fancy name, just the work we do. Chennai can be a tough place to find the right job, so we spend a lot of time helping people navigate that. Our door is usually open, and you might hear the sound of the ceiling fan clicking away while we talk to candidates. We don’t use those automated systems that reject everyone; we actually look at the applications. Sometimes we run out of stationary or the tea guy is late, but the work gets done regardless. Being in Rajiv Nagar means we are close to the community. People often just drop by to ask if anything is available. We don’t mind. It’s better to talk face-to-face than just through emails. We aren’t trying to be the biggest agency in India. We just want to be the one that people in Korattur can actually talk to. It gets pretty humid here, so we keep things casual in the office. No one is putting on airs. We are just regular people trying to help other regular people find a way to earn a living. It’s basic, honest work, and that’s the way we like to keep it. Most days we leave tired, but that's how it goes when you are really trying.
