We are based in Tiruvallur, at number 18 Gundumalli Street in Poonga Nagar. It’s a small town vibe here. The street isn't very wide. Our office is just a simple building. We don’t have a big corporate logo out front. Just a plain door. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our phones. We spend a lot of time talking to people. Tiruvallur is a quiet place compared to Chennai. We like the pace here. We’ve been at this address for a long time. The locals know us. We don’t have fancy coffee machines or glass partitions. We just have our desks and chairs. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty when the wind blows from the main road. We keep the windows open when it’s not too hot. It’s an honest workplace. We don’t try to be something we aren't. We just help people find work or find workers. It’s a small team, maybe just three or four of us on a good day. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We don't have any formal meetings or big presentations. If we need to discuss something, we just do it over a cup of tea. It’s very relaxed but we still get our tasks finished. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the neighborhood. It’s a decent place to be based and we’re quite comfortable here at number 18. We don't feel the need for anything more complicated or flashy.
