Started out in Maduravoyal, right here on 5th Street in Janaki Nagar. Rajesh Kumar is the one running things mostly. People around Chennai know where to find us if they need something done. We aren't a big shop with fancy lights or anything. It is just a small place at No 3. Most days are pretty busy with people coming in and out. We’ve been at this for a bit now. Being over here in Chennai 600095 means we see a lot of local traffic. The street gets a little crowded sometimes, but that is just how it is around here. We just try to get the work finished by the end of the day. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things twice. Sometimes the weather gets really hot, which makes it tough in the office, but we keep going. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the area well. My father, Lakshmanan, used to tell me how important it was to just stay consistent. So we show up every morning and open the doors. If you are walking down Janaki Nagar, you’ll see the sign. We don't spend money on big ads because word of mouth usually does the trick for us. It’s just a normal business trying to do things the right way. We handle our own paperwork and keep everything as simple as possible. It works for us and the people who live nearby.
