Our team is based out of Munni Reddy Layout, right near the Outer Ring Road in Panatur. It’s a hectic area with all the construction and traffic common to Bangalore these days. Outsource Partner International Projectkpmg Project is what we call ourselves, even if it’s a bit of a long name. We have been working from this spot for a while. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, computers, and a lot of cables running along the floor. We spend most of our time here dealing with project details and making sure everything stays on track. It gets loud outside sometimes with the cars on the ring road, but you get used to it after a week or two. We usually have lunch together or grab something from the vendors nearby. The building is number 88 1, so it’s easy to point out to delivery drivers when they get lost. We aren't into big speeches or fancy branding. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down. Bangalore is a fast-moving city, but inside these walls, we try to keep a steady pace. Sometimes the internet acts up, or we run out of milk for tea, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a practical workspace for a practical group of people. We’ve grown quite fond of this little corner of Panatur over the years and the people here.
