We operate out of Chennai, specifically in the 600037 zip code area. It’s a busy part of the city with a lot of industries and offices nearby. We’ve been doing this for a long time now. Our setup is quite simple. We don't have a big fancy office building with a lot of guards. It’s just a local spot where we get our work done. We spend our mornings looking through emails and our afternoons meeting people. The heat in Chennai can be a lot, so we try to keep things moving quickly. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy marketing. We just talk like normal people. We help folks find jobs in different sectors. It’s mostly about matching what a company wants with what a worker can do. We’ve seen all sorts of people come through. Some are just starting out and some have years of experience. We treat everyone the same. We don’t have a lot of rules about how things should look. We just want the work to be accurate. The neighborhood is full of small businesses and shops. It feels like a real community here. We like being part of that. There is no corporate ladder here. We are just a small team doing our best every day to keep the local hiring going. It's a steady job and we are happy to be doing it in this part of Tamil Nadu.
