Sri Ayyappa Pavers & Tiles

At Sri Ayyappa Pavers & Tiles, we work out of our yard at 1/247 Somanur Road in Karanampettai. This is in the Palladam area where a lot of building is going on. We spend most of our time making tiles and paving blocks for local construction projects. The ground is often wet and messy because we use a lot of water for mixing the concrete and cleaning the molds. We have stacks of finished tiles all over the place in different shapes and colors for people to see. It's a heavy job and our backs and arms usually ache by the end of the day. We aren't a big company with a fancy showroom or shiny brochures to hand out. If you want to see what we make, you just have to come to Somanur Road and look at the stacks sitting in the yard. We've been doing this for several years now and we've learned a lot about how to make the tiles strong enough to last. Sometimes the colors don't come out exactly the same in every single batch but that is just how it goes with handmade concrete stuff. We don't have a website or a marketing department to handle things. We just rely on people seeing our sign and stopping by to ask about prices. Karanampettai is a busy place and we get a lot of walk-in customers from the neighborhood. We just focus on getting the orders ready on time so the local builders can finish their work.
