Bryosoft Private Limited is situated at 14/42 in Teachers Colony, over on 3rd Street in Tirupur. Being in the Coimbatore region, we get a lot of that local energy. Tirupur is famous for the garment industry, but we decided to go the software route instead. Our office is in a pretty quiet residential-style area, which is nice because you don't have the heavy machinery noise you get in other parts of town. We’ve been here for some time now and the neighborhood feels like home. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with computers and a lot of tangled cables that we keep meaning to organize better. We don't have a big reception desk or a sign that glows at night. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. We do a lot of coding and technical support for various businesses. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when a deadline is close, but usually, it’s just the sound of typing and the fan overhead. We usually go out for tiffin around noon at one of the local spots nearby. It’s a simple way of living and working. We don't have any big corporate slogans or fancy mission statements pasted on the walls. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get it right. Most of us have been together since the start, so we work well as a team and don't need much management.
