Kanda Innovation

Kanda Innovation is based at No. 16 P N Road in Kamaraj Nagar. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those things you see in big city offices. It’s just a workspace where we try to come up with new ideas and fix things. P N Road can get quite dusty with all the traffic, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the windows. We’ve been here for a while and the people around know us. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our workstations. We have a small area where we keep our tools and spare parts. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. The team is small, just a few of us who have been working together for years. We don't have formal meetings; we just talk while we work. Kamaraj Nagar is a decent area, pretty central for most of us. We have a routine that works. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble. There’s always a stack of paperwork on the corner desk that we never seem to get through. That’s just life at Kanda Innovation. We don't make a big deal out of what we do. We just show up and put in the hours and then go home. It’s a pretty simple way to live and work.
