Asian Hitech Agro Exports

Our place is out in Erukkadu Thottam, which is along the Nochipalayam Road near Veerapandi Post. It’s a bit of a drive from the main town, located in more of a farming area. This is where we handle our agro exports. The "Thottam" part means it’s basically a farm setting, so we have plenty of open space around us which is nice. We spend most of our time out in the sheds where the goods are sorted and packed. It’s not a high-tech facility despite the name; it’s mostly manual labor and careful checking of the produce. The air is fresh out here, but it can get very hot in the afternoons. We have a small shed that serves as our office, but we’re rarely in it. Usually, we’re out making sure the crates are loaded properly onto the trucks. The roads around here are a bit bumpy and unpaved in some parts, which makes transport a slow process. We work closely with the local growers in the Veerapandi area to get the best of what’s growing each season. It’s a dirty job sometimes, especially when we’re dealing with root vegetables or things fresh from the soil. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. Just regular clothes that we don't mind getting a bit of mud or dust on. It’s a quiet life out here, focused on the seasons and the crops we’re moving. We just do the work and go home.
