Sb Granite Industries

Out here at Plot No. 30 in the Industrial Estate on Renigunta Road, things are always moving. Sb Granite Industries has been operating from this spot for quite some time. It is dusty work, as you can imagine with all the stone being cut and moved around every day. We don't have a flashy office or anything. It's just a shed and a yard where the slabs are kept. The trucks come and go all morning, and we spend most of our time making sure the orders are stacked right. Being on Renigunta Road is convenient for transport, which is why we stayed here. You can hear the machines running from the road if you pass by during the day. We deal with heavy granite, and it’s hard on the back, but it’s what we do. My staff and I are usually covered in stone dust by noon. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just trying to get the jobs done and sent out to the builders. It gets very hot in the summer under the tin roof, but we keep the water cold and keep working. Some customers come by to see the colors of the granite in person before they buy. We show them around the stacks, and they pick what they like. It’s a straightforward business with no shortcuts or anything like that. Just lots of heavy lifting and stone cutting.
