You can find us over at 183 Gandhi Road. We are pretty close to the Anajeyaswamy Temple, so there are always people walking by, especially on festival days. It's a small place but we make it work. We started this because we wanted to have a spot where people could get something to eat while they were out running errands in Tirupati. The traffic on Gandhi Road is always something else, but once you step inside, it’s a bit calmer. We spend most of our time in the back getting the ingredients ready. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things run right. Sometimes we run out of things if the day is busier than we expected. It’s just a normal shop. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or anything like that. We'd rather just keep the lights on and the food ready. People stop in after visiting the temple or when they’re shopping nearby. It gets dusty outside with all the cars, so we’re constantly wiping down the tables. It’s honest work. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and know the neighbors pretty well. If you’re looking for us, just look for the temple and walk a bit down the road. We stay open pretty late most nights. It's just a regular part of the day for us, serving whoever walks through the door and making sure they're fed. We just keep going.
