Our factory is located in the Sricity SEZ, specifically at 550 West R-1 South in Sathyavedu Mandal, Tada. It’s a big industrial zone, so everything around here is quite spread out. Venture Automotive Tooling is where we make the molds and tools used in the car industry. It’s a very technical environment with a lot of heavy machinery and precision equipment. The building itself is a big grey structure, like most of the others in this part of Sricity. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of machines running all day long. We have a crew that works in shifts because the work takes a lot of time. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find much decoration on the walls. We focus on the blueprints and the metal. It can get quite dusty, and the floors are concrete. Being in an SEZ means there are a lot of rules about who comes in and out, but inside, we’re just a bunch of workers getting through the daily tasks. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but it’s what we do. We don't have a PR person writing things for us; we just keep the machines going. Sometimes we have to troubleshoot a tool for hours before it’s right, and that can be frustrating, but we stay until it’s sorted. It’s a quiet life out here in Tada, mostly just work and then heading home to rest for the next day's shift.
