Our place is located out at Sector 24 in Sri City, right off the Central Express Highway. If you know the area, you know it’s mostly factories and big trucks moving back and forth all day. We are at number 4600. It's a bit of a drive for most of us to get here, but the roads are wide. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of machines and people moving boxes of auto parts. It gets pretty dusty because of the construction nearby, so we spend a lot of time wiping things down. We aren't a huge team, but everyone knows what they need to do. We handle the parts, check the inventory, and make sure things get loaded onto the trucks correctly. There’s no fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some chairs and a water cooler in the corner for when the heat gets too much. Working in Vardaiapalem means dealing with the humidity, but we’ve got our routine down. We start early before the sun gets too high. Most of the talk around the office is just about the work for the day or maybe what someone had for dinner last night. It’s a practical environment. We don’t do big speeches or complicated plans. We just look at the orders and get the parts moving. It’s just how things work here at Aisan Auto Parts. We just try to get everything shipped out on time.
