At Piolax India Pvt. Ltd., we are based out in Sricity, specifically at 200 North Belerica Road. This is part of the DTZ in Chittoor District. It’s a massive industrial area, so there are factories and warehouses all over the place. Our facility is where we handle the manufacturing of various components, mostly for the automotive sector. It’s a big building with a lot of different sections for production, quality checks, and shipping. We have a lot of people working here on different shifts. The sound of machines running is pretty much constant throughout the day. We are located at Post Box Number 1, which makes it easy for our mail to get here. Sricity is quite a distance from the main cities, so a lot of us take the company buses or commute from nearby towns in Andhra Pradesh. The environment is very focused on the work at hand. We have to wear safety gear like boots and vests while we are on the floor. It’s not like a regular office job; it’s more about the physical production of parts. We spend a lot of time making sure the machines are calibrated right. It gets hot in the summer, but we just keep the lines moving. We’ve been part of this industrial hub for a while. It’s a busy, practical place where we just focus on meeting our daily production numbers. There are big trucks coming in and out of the North Belerica Road area all the time to pick up crates.
