Kavin Granites

You can find Kavin Granites on the ground floor of the Idly Shop Complex. The address is 10-H, and we are right there in Vannarpettai, Palayamkottai. It is a bit of a landmark because of the name of the complex, so people usually don't have a hard time finding where we are. We have been working out of this ground floor space for a while. It’s not a huge area, but we manage to fit a lot of granite inside. The main thing we do is just keep track of the stock and help people who come in looking for specific colors or thicknesses. Because we are in a complex, we see a lot of foot traffic from people going to the other shops nearby. The granite slabs are heavy, so getting them in and out of the ground floor unit takes some effort and a bit of planning. Palayamkottai is a lively place to work, and being in Vannarpettai puts us right in the middle of things. We don't spend money on fancy displays or anything like that. We just have the stone sitting there for people to see. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a new shipment comes in, but we just work around it. Most of our day is spent talking to locals or moving the slabs around so they are easier to reach. It’s a straightforward way to make a living, and we like being part of the local complex. We just keep at it and handle the daily load.
