It’s down in South Karungulam, which is part of the Tirunelveli district. 3I Academy Solutions isn't in a big city center, which we actually prefer. It is much quieter out here among the fields. We handle academy solutions, which mostly means we deal with educational software and systems for various schools. The building is simple and surrounded by a bit of greenery. It’s a long way from the noisy streets of the main town. We have a small team here. Sometimes the power goes out in the village, so we just take a break until it comes back on. It’s a very practical way of working. We don't have a polished showroom or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit down and get the work done. The address sounds a bit complicated with the survey numbers, but locals know where the thottam is. We’ve been operating from this village for a while. It’s a different pace of life compared to Chennai or even Tirunelveli town. We just focus on the academy stuff and keep to ourselves mostly. It’s an honest living in a quiet place. We don't feel the need to be anywhere else. The commute is easy since we live nearby, and it’s a good environment for getting things finished without distractions.
