Gurinchimalar Shg

Gurinchimalar Shg is our group over here in Karampai village. We are part of the Mathavakurichi GP and fall under the Manur block. It is a small place, so everybody knows where we are. We mostly just focus on the work right in front of us. Most of the people in the group have lived in this village their whole lives. We started this because it seemed like a good way to stay organized. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to make a living and help out where we can in the district. It can get a bit dusty out here and the roads are not always great, but we make it work. We meet up regularly to talk about the chores and the projects we have going on. It is not a polished business with a lot of paperwork. We keep things simple. If you come to Mathavakurichi, you will see the kind of work we do. It is very hands-on. Sometimes we have to change our plans because of the weather or other things that pop up in the village. But that is just how it goes. Gurinchimalar Shg is just a name for us neighbors working together. We do not have any big titles or fancy roles. We just do the work that needs doing every day. It has been like this for a while now. We are just a local group trying to get by and keep things steady for our families in Karampai. It is just us doing our bit.
