Season Plantations

Down at No. 12 in the Banana Mandi, things start pretty early. Gandhi Market is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it all. Season Plantations has been operating out of this spot for a while now. If you've ever walked through the market, you know how it smells and how loud it can get with all the crates moving around. We deal with a lot of different people every day, from farmers to small shop owners. It’s a messy business sometimes, dealing with plants and produce, but it's what we know. The shop isn't much to look at, just a sturdy space to keep things moving. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because it wouldn't last a day in this market anyway. Our days are mostly about checking the stock and making sure everything is where it should be. The weather affects us a lot, obviously. If it’s raining, the whole market gets a bit slower and muddier. But we still show up. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here, even if we have some extra hands helping out. We like being part of Gandhi Market. There’s a history to this place that you don't find in the newer parts of town. We just keep our heads down and do the job as best as we can. It's simple work but it's important to us and the people who buy from us.
