Nellikad Estate

Being located at 9/78, near the RTC bus stand on Rajaji Street, means there is always a lot of noise and people moving around. Nellikad Estate isn't out in the middle of nowhere like you might think. We are right in the thick of things. You can hear the buses pulling in and out all day long and the horns never really stop. It makes things interesting when we are trying to get work done. We handle things here as they come. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped with all the paperwork and the people coming in to talk, but we make it work. The street outside is usually busy with people heading to catch a ride. We’ve been here at this spot for quite a while now. The building is older and has its quirks, like the door that sticks when it rains and the faint smell of diesel from the bus stand. We don't have fancy brochures or a big team of people in ties. It’s just us trying to keep the estate business running smoothly from this little corner of the street. It gets dusty from all the traffic but we keep the place swept up as much as we can. Most people know us by the sign out front, though it's seen better days. We just keep our heads down and do the work, hoping for a decent season and fewer breakdowns.
