Nagori Agro Pvt. Ltd. is situated at No: 31 on Kalmatu Street in Srirangam. It's a busy little area with a lot of history around it. We deal with agricultural stuff, so there is usually a lot of talk about crops and seasons in our office. The building is a simple one on a narrow street, and sometimes parking is a bit of a headache for visitors. Inside, we have our records and some samples of what we handle. It's not a sterile environment; there’s always a bit of dust from the samples and papers scattered around. We spend our days talking to people who come in from the surrounding farms. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way because we know the people we are dealing with. My desk is usually covered in notes I’ve written to myself. We don't have any big corporate slogans on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a clock that runs a few minutes fast. Srirangam is a nice place to work, especially when the weather is good. We usually close up shop in the evenings and head out like everyone else. It’s just honest work, nothing more and nothing less. We keep things moving and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes with the agro business. Our phone rings a lot during harvest time and we just do our best to answer every call.
