Rvs Dental College

This place is tucked away in Kavanur, near Ariyalur. It’s a bit of a drive to get out here to Alamalumagai Puram, but it’s quiet and we like it that way. Rvs Dental College is where we spend most of our time. It’s not like those huge universities in the city. We have a more local feel here. The address is 3/351, and it’s been that way for a long time. People around Perambalur know where to find us if they need to. We have students coming in and out, learning the ropes of dentistry. It’s a lot of practical work, getting your hands dirty, or clean, I guess. The building is functional and a bit old-fashioned. We don’t have any of those flashy statues or fountains you see in brochures. Just classrooms and clinics where the work actually happens. Sometimes the weather gets really hot and we all just sit under the fans during lunch break, eating our tiffin. It’s a bit of a trek for some of the staff who live further out in the district, but we make it work because we're used to it. We see patients from the nearby villages too. It’s good to be part of the community here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big speeches or promises. We just teach what needs to be taught and help people with their teeth. It’s a steady pace of life. You get to know everyone's name after a week or two.
