Periyar Community College Of Continuing Education

We are located at Periyar Maligai, right near the Puthur Four Road intersection in Trichy. It's a central spot, so it’s pretty easy for people to find us. This college is geared towards continuing education, meaning we see a lot of different people coming through. Some are young, some are older and looking to learn something new or finish what they started years ago. The building is a bit of a landmark in Puthur. Inside, it’s mostly just simple classrooms and office spaces. We spend our days managing schedules and making sure the instructors have what they need for their sessions. It gets busy in the evenings when people finish their regular jobs and come here for classes. The noise from the four-road junction usually filters in, reminding us how close we are to the heart of the city. We don't have many frills here. It’s a practical place built for learning. The furniture is functional and the walls are covered with notices and schedules. Our staff is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to fixing a desk. We’ve been around for a while and have seen the neighborhood change around us. It’s just a honest place where people come to put in some extra effort on their own time. There is no mystery to what we do.
