Master Catering College

You can find Master Catering College on the 3rd floor of Crystal Plaza, which is located at number 22 in Teppakulam. This is right in the middle of Tiruchchirappalli in Tamil Nadu. Being on the third floor means we have a bit of a climb, but it keeps us away from some of the street noise below. Crystal Plaza is a well-known spot, so people usually don’t have trouble finding us. Since we are a catering college, the smells coming from our floor are usually pretty good. We have kitchens set up where the students practice their cooking and food service skills. It’s not a huge space, but we’ve managed to fit in all the stoves and prep tables we need. Sometimes the heat in the kitchen gets to be a bit much, especially during the summer months in Trichy. We just keep the fans going and get on with the lessons. The students here are mostly young people looking to get into the food industry. We don't have a lot of fancy marketing or a big office. Most of our space is dedicated to actual cooking and learning. The staff are people who have worked in real kitchens before, so they know it’s not all about looks. It’s about getting the food right and working hard. We’ve been here for a while now, just doing our job.
