Kuzhur Agropark Farmers Producer Company Limited

Our place is known as the Chenkathuparambil House. It’s located in Kundoor, which is part of Thirumukulam. We call it the Kuzhur Agropark, but it’s really just a collective of local farmers working together. The house is where we keep all the records and hold our meetings. It feels more like a home than an office, which is fine by us. We deal with all sorts of agricultural stuff from the surrounding farms. There’s always someone dropping by to talk about the weather or the price of fertilizer. We try to help each other out with equipment and knowledge. Being a producer company means we share the load. It’s not always easy to get everyone on the same page, but we manage. The Agropark part is where we try to organize the processing of what we grow. We have some basic machinery set up. It’s a bit noisy when everything is running. We spend a lot of time outdoors in the fields too. Kundoor is a quiet place otherwise. We don't have a big marketing budget. Our name gets around by word of mouth among the farmers here. We just want to make sure the work we do in Thirumukulam stays sustainable. It's a lot of physical labor and paperwork mixed together. We take it one day at a time and see how the crops turn out. We just keep at it.
