We are based out of Chakkachamparambil House in Irinjalakuda, which is right in the Thrissur district of Kerala. It's a local spot that most people around here can find without too much trouble. We don't have a big glass building or a receptionist in a suit. It’s more of a traditional setting where we get our work done without any extra drama. The house has been here for a long time, and we've adapted it to fit what we need for the business. Working in Irinjalakuda is nice because it has that small-town feel where everyone is familiar. We spend our days mostly at our desks, working through whatever projects are on the schedule. There isn’t a lot of talk about strategy or long-term vision. We just look at what needs to be finished and we do it. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, but we just wait it out or find something else to do until it’s back. That’s life in this part of the world. We don't put on any airs. If you came by, you’d just see a normal office with people busy on their phones or computers. We take our lunches together and talk about regular stuff, not just business. It’s a steady pace here, and we like it that way. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the office running and handling our responsibilities day by day.
