We are based in Thrissur, Kerala, which is a place known for its culture and temples, but we are just here doing our daily work at Aec. The office isn't in a big industrial park or anything; it’s just a local spot where we can get our business done. Kerala has a different pace of life, and we try to stick to that. It’s a lot greener around here than in the big cities. Inside our office, things are kept pretty simple. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a couple of cabinets for all our paperwork. We deal with various engineering projects and technical stuff. The weather can be quite humid, so the fans are always spinning overhead. We usually start our day early before it gets too hot. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get things moving. We take our breaks seriously, usually with some local snacks and coffee. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, but we make sure the work gets finished on time. People in the neighborhood know us, and we often have someone dropping by just to say hello or ask a quick question. It’s a comfortable way to work, and we like being part of the community here in Thrissur. We aren't doing anything fancy, just our normal daily work.
