Cicon Engineers Pvt Ltd is located at Pakkath House in Guruvayoor. This is Vineeth Jayan’s place, and it serves as our base here in Kerala. It’s a very different vibe from a city office. Being in a house in a place like Guruvayoor means things are a bit slower and more personal. We don’t have a big glass entrance or a security guard at a desk. You just come to the house. It is surrounded by trees and the typical greenery you find in this part of the country. We do our engineering work from here. It’s a quiet environment which actually helps when you need to concentrate on technical details. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We are just engineers doing our jobs from a home office. The rain here can be quite heavy, so we often hear it on the roof while we work. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We know the local area well and the people around us know who we are. There is no corporate jargon used here; we just talk like normal people and handle our projects. It is a simple life at Pakkath House. We focus on the engineering and don't worry about looking like a big firm. It is honest work in a peaceful setting. That’s how we have always done things here in Guruvayoor.
