M. O. John & Sons (Exports)

M. O. John & Sons (Exports) has been around for a while now. We operate out of our place at 111/49/1, Sasthri Road in Nellikkunnu. It’s a family thing, mostly. We handle shipping stuff out to different places, which keeps us pretty busy most days. The office isn't anything fancy, just a workspace where we get things done and talk to people who need items moved. My father started this and now the sons are involved, hence the name on the door. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking paperwork to make sure things go where they’re supposed to. Sometimes it’s hectic, especially when shipments are delayed or there’s a lot of back and forth with the docks, but we’re used to it. People around Nellikkunnu know where to find us if they need to talk about exports. We don’t really do big ads or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people we've known for years. It’s a straightforward job, really. You take an order, you find the goods, and you send them off. We try to keep things simple here. The road outside can get a bit noisy with traffic, but once you’re inside the building, it’s just us working through the daily list. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but we’re still here at the same spot on Sasthri Road. It's just what we do.
