We've been based here at A.G Nivas in Perunguguzhi for a while now. Even though the name says Cochin, our actual daily work happens right here in Trivandrum. It is a quiet spot, really. Mostly, we just handle HR stuff and some network setups when people ask. My desk is usually covered in folders and cables. We start early most days because the heat in Kerala gets a bit much by noon. There isn't a lot of fancy furniture in the office, just what we need to get through the files and calls. People sometimes get confused about the location, but once they find the Nishi house, it's fine. We don't have a big reception area or anything. It's just a few of us working on computers and talking to folks about jobs. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. If you walk past, you might see us drinking tea on the porch during a break. We try to keep things simple here. Dealing with recruitment and technical networks can get messy with all the paperwork, but we stay on top of it as much as we can. It’s a local operation, nothing too big or flashy. We just want to make sure the people we talk to get their questions answered without too much fuss. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing up records. That’s pretty much how it goes for us in Trivandrum.
